putting the poetry to music.

Maybe you also need to get Publishing Rights ["Verlagrechte" = something
different than copyright!]. This you will understand from the inheriters,
or the publishers. The works of Bachmann have been published by the
"Piper-Verlag", "Suhrkamp-Verlag" and "Schott-Verlag". [German "Verlag" =
"Publisher"].

For the Stage Rights ["Auffuehrungsrechte" = something another!] please
turn to the Collecting Societies of the country in which you wish to
perform your concert. Some rights, independently of the copyright
agreement, can only be given by a Collecting Society. In the case of
Austria, this is AKM and Literarmechana. They probably own the Ancillary
Copyright ["Leistungsschutzrecht" = something like Right for Protection of
Accomplishments???]. Please turn to these for further information.
